| (1) The reservation of a guide tour is confirmed in writing. |
| (2) The minimum booking time amounts 2 hours. |
| (3) The maximum number of participants for a tour are 35 persons. Starting from 36 guests a second city leader is needed. |
| (4) The fee contains neither admission fees, a bus for round travels or comparable services. |
| (5) The city guide waits up to 1 hour at the agreed meeting point. The fee is due to 100% with nonappearance of the group. |
| (6) The payment of the fee is done cash directly to the guide or by bank transfer. |
